There are Some Warm Tips for This Night Vision Goggles:

1. The night vision device doesn't work through windows because IR beams will reflect.

 2. Please turn off the night vision function during the daytime. otherwise the screen will display black and white instead of color portrait. 

 3. Keeping the IR on will also drain the battery. If battery power is insufficient, the IR brightness level will decrease automatically accordingly.

 Troubleshooting

 1. Poor image quality? /Can't see anything at night?

 (1) If you normally wear glasses for vision correction, Please put it on while using binoculars.

 (2) Please turn the focus wheel patiently to focus until the screen display is clear. And the focus needs to be adjusted repeatedly at different distances.

 (3) For night use, please set the IR to reasonably level. The higher-level IR is adjusted, the clearer image is;

 2. Monocular won't power on?

 (1) Please open the battery compartment to check if the plug of the lithium battery is inserted correctly.

 (2) Make sure the polarity is correct and the contact with the spring is normal.

 (3) Hold the power button for at least 3 seconds to turn on.

 (4) If the device still can't turn on after 1-3 steps, please try to use a power bank.

 3.Turn off immediately after turn on/Turn off after using a few time?

 (1) It may be caused by the battery, please charge it first or connect it to a power bank and try again
